Updates to our terms and policies Dated 22 May 2018
Adult Circumcision’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are getting an update effective 22 May 2018. We’re making these changes to keep pace with our growing international user base and expanded services, and to ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices. These updates also address the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018. We encourage you to read the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we wanted to give you a summary of a few items that may be important to you.
Privacy: We restructured our Privacy Policy to be clearer about the ways we collect, use, process, and share personal information. It also explains rights and choices you have over your personal information (and that of visitors to our websites), including the ability to access, correct, and delete personal information.
International Growth: In recognition of the global nature of our user base, Specialist Professional Healthcare Services (SPHS) Limited is going to provide services to our users outside of the Europe. For users who are not residents of or who do not have their principal place of business in the UK, the Terms of Service will be an agreement with SPHS limited and the laws of UK will apply. Services Provided: We made changes to the terms to clarify our relationship with our users in regard to what we do and provide as part of our service. We also made changes such as raising the minimum age of our users from thirteen (13) to sixteen (16) years old.
