The medical assistance published on the website is for information purposes only and does not replace face to face meeting with the medical professional. The price of the treatment is subject to change after meeting the appointment with the medical professional who will be trained in observation and interpretation of symptoms and will be able to provide a proper diagnosis based on the knowledge and understanding of all aspects of your condition and your medical history.

You should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of information on this website.

These Conditions (including the guides and rules referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited. The Conditions and the relationship between you and Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited shall be governed by the laws of England. You and Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any failure by Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Conditions remain in full force and effect.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Specialist Professional Healthcare Services Limited harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs including solicitors' fees, arising from or related to your use of our services specified or unspecified on the website.

Updates to our terms and policies Dated 22 May 2018

Adult Circumcision’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are getting an update effective 22 May 2018. We’re making these changes to keep pace with our growing international user base and expanded services, and to ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices. These updates also address the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018. We encourage you to read the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we wanted to give you a summary of a few items that may be important to you.

Privacy: We restructured our Privacy Policy to be clearer about the ways we collect, use, process, and share personal information. It also explains rights and choices you have over your personal information (and that of visitors to our websites), including the ability to access, correct, and delete personal information.  

International Growth: In recognition of the global nature of our user base, Specialist Professional Healthcare Services (SPHS) Limited is going to provide services to our users outside of the Europe. For users who are not residents of or who do not have their principal place of business in the UK, the Terms of Service will be an agreement with SPHS limited and the laws of UK will apply. If you are a resident of or have your principal place of business in the UK or any of its territories or possessions, the Terms of Service will be an agreement with SPHS limited and the laws of the England and Wales will apply.

Data Processing Addendum: Additionally, we’ve incorporated a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) into our updated Terms of Service that may apply to you if you (or your use of our services) is subject to EU data protection law (including the GDPR). The DPA will be posted on 22 May 2018 and will explain how we handle, on your instructions, you and other people’s personal information that you collect or submit using our services.

Services Provided: We made changes to the terms to clarify our relationship with our users in regard to what we do and provide as part of our service. We also made changes such as raising the minimum age of our users from thirteen (13) to sixteen (16) years old.

Other Policies: On 22 May 2018, we will update our Cookie Policy, the Copyright Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Developer Terms to make sure they are clear and consistent with these changes. When we make those updates, we’ll let you know in your account, and we encourage you to read the full updated terms.
