The penoscrotal web is a fold of skin at the back of the penis to the sac that pulls the scrotum up. The scrotal webbing may give the impression of a short penis. It can happen from childhood as congenital abnormalities or a result of excessive removal of the foreskin during the circumcision. Many men may wish to rectify the penoscrotal webbing because of short penis appearance, painful sexual acts, discomfort during exercise or difficulty putting the condom on the shaft of the penis.
